Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FormulaFun, including our website, accounts, prediction leagues, scoring pages, billing pages, integrations, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, joining a league, making picks, buying a pass, or otherwise using FormulaFun, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use FormulaFun.
What FormulaFun Is
FormulaFun is a fan-focused fantasy Formula 1 prediction game for creating and joining leagues, making race-related picks, viewing standings, and sharing league recap content with friends.
FormulaFun is not gambling, betting, or a sportsbook. Unless we clearly publish separate official contest rules, FormulaFun does not award cash prizes, wagers, odds, or anything of monetary value based on racing outcomes.
FormulaFun is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Formula 1, Formula One Management, FIA, any racing team, driver, broadcaster, data provider, or trademark owner. Names, teams, races, and related references are used only to identify real-world racing events for gameplay.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FormulaFun. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FormulaFun only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use FormulaFun if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for violating these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
You may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, sell or transfer your account without our permission, or use another person's account without authorization.
Leagues, Picks, Scores, and Results
FormulaFun lets users create or join leagues, submit picks, and compare results. You are responsible for submitting picks before applicable deadlines. We may lock, reject, or prevent edits to picks after the relevant race, qualifying, sprint, or other event cutoff.
Race schedules, results, scoring data, driver data, team data, and standings may come from third-party sources, manual entry, or our own calculations. We may correct scoring, standings, race data, or league results if we discover an error, delayed result, changed official classification, data-provider issue, or system bug.
FormulaFun is for entertainment. We do not guarantee that racing data, scores, schedules, leaderboards, or recap content will be error-free or available at all times.
Purchases and Paid Access
FormulaFun may offer paid passes, such as a Season Pass or Wheel Boss plan. Unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise, paid FormulaFun passes are one-time purchases for the stated FormulaFun season and are not automatic renewals.
Prices, features, taxes, and plan limits may vary by plan and may change prospectively. A purchase gives you the access described at checkout, such as the ability to create a certain number of leagues or join eligible leagues for the stated season.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. We do not control every aspect of third-party payment processing, and your payment may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.
Refunds
You may request a refund for a paid FormulaFun purchase within 14 calendar days after the purchase is completed. To request a refund, contact bennett@catalystcfo.co with the email address used for the account, the purchase date, and the reason for the request.
Refund requests received more than 14 calendar days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times may depend on Stripe, your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
If we issue a refund, we may remove or downgrade the paid access associated with that purchase. We may deny a refund request where we reasonably believe the purchase involved fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized account access, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FormulaFun to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or target another person; post hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content; upload malware or attempt to interfere with FormulaFun's systems; scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission; bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, payment requirements, or league permissions; create fake accounts, spam leagues, manipulate scores, or disrupt gameplay; reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit FormulaFun except as allowed by law; use bots, scripts, browser automation, APIs, MCP tools, ChatGPT integrations, or other automated tools in a way that violates these Terms, our documentation, or third-party API terms; access, copy, cache, redistribute, or misuse third-party racing data, payment data, OpenAI/ChatGPT data, Stripe data, or any other connected service in violation of that service's rules; or attempt to overload, scan, attack, or probe FormulaFun or its vendors.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our vendors, or legal compliance.
APIs, Tokens, and Integrations
FormulaFun may provide integrations, API-like endpoints, access tokens, ChatGPT/MCP features, or similar tools. These are provided only for authorized use with your own account and leagues.
You are responsible for tools, agents, scripts, browsers, or third-party services you connect to FormulaFun. You may not share tokens publicly, use another user's token, bypass consent screens, extract data from leagues you are not allowed to access, or use FormulaFun integrations to violate another platform's terms.
We may revoke tokens, disable integrations, limit API access, apply rate limits, or change integration behavior at any time for security, abuse prevention, product changes, vendor requirements, or legal compliance.
User Content
You may submit content such as usernames, profile information, league names, picks, comments, images, and other material. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant FormulaFun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote FormulaFun.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate the law or anyone else's rights.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, causes product issues, or is otherwise inappropriate for FormulaFun.
Privacy
Your use of FormulaFun is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which should explain what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices users have.
You should review our Privacy Policy before using FormulaFun. If a separate Privacy Policy is not yet published, contact us before submitting sensitive information beyond what is needed to create and use your account.
Service Availability and Changes
FormulaFun may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, scoring rules, plans, integrations, pages, data sources, or league settings.
We try to keep FormulaFun available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, data-provider failures, hosting problems, payment-provider issues, browser changes, or third-party API changes may affect the service.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using FormulaFun at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, league access, tokens, or paid features if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse APIs, interfere with the service, or use FormulaFun in a way that harms other users.
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
FormulaFun, including its name, design, code, pages, scoring logic, branding, and original content, belongs to Catalyst CFO LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative products from FormulaFun except as these Terms allow.
Third-party names, logos, data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your unrelated personal content.
Disclaimers
FormulaFun is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee racing results, scores, schedules, third-party data, integrations, payment processing, or that FormulaFun will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormulaFun and Catalyst CFO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or loss of access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to FormulaFun will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to FormulaFun in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FormulaFun, Catalyst CFO LLC, and our service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of FormulaFun, your content, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of APIs or integrations, or your violation of another person's rights.
Legal Compliance
You are responsible for using FormulaFun in compliance with the laws that apply to you. You may not use FormulaFun for illegal betting, gambling, fraud, unauthorized data access, harassment, infringement, sanctions violations, or unlawful automation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms, updating the effective date, or sending an email. Your continued use of FormulaFun after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not resolved informally, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at bennett@catalystcfo.co and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
